Witches Hat

I love the cute side of Halloween.  I'm not a huge fan of scary Halloween.  The Toil & Trouble Suite is so cute.  I just love this card.  I will be sending this to my niece and nephew along with a cute little treat.

Start with Gorgeous Grape cardstock 8 1/2" x 11" and score at 5 1/2"

Add a layer of Granny Apple Green and Basic Black.

On your Basic black layer, add a piece of Toil & Trouble DSP.

Add a Granny Apple Green circle, 

Then your Glittered Organdy Ribbon,

Then add the scalloped circle,

Stitched circle- stamp the stars first,

Finish it off with the witches hat on top 

(the hat is cut from the DSP using the framelits)

2 more steps:

Add a spider web, cut from Black Foil using framelits

&

Heat Emboss "happy halloween" with white powder
