- Cut 2 Picture Perfect Party DSP pieces
- 3 1/2" x 3/4"
- 1" x 4"
- Use your layering circles and cut out a 2 1/2" Berry Burst scalloped circle
- Now cut a Whisper White circle 2 1/4" with your layering circles... stamp your sentiment in Bermuda Bay ink
- On a scrap of Whisper White, stamp the party blower and cut out and attach to the card front using mini dimensionals.
