Party Pandas

• Basic Black Base 7 1/2" x 5 1/2", score at 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 5 1/2", 6 3/4"
• Cut 4 Lemon Lime Twist pieces 1" x 5 1/4" 
• Run through the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder
• Add a piece of Bermuda Bay 1 1/4" x 5 1/2", score at 4 1/4" 
• Run through the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder
• Whisper White inner layer: 2 3/4" x 5 1/4"
• Stamp the Panda in Memento Black ink
• Color in the party hat using Stampin' Write Marker Lemon Lime Twist & Blendability Dark Bermuda Bay 
• Add a rhinestone to the party hat after you attach it to the inside
• Whisper White Stitched Circle
• Cut it out using the Stitched Shapes 
• Stamp the Panda in Memento Black ink
• color in the balloon using the Dark Bermuda Bay Blendability
