Party Panda's
- Basic Black base 8 1/2" x 4 1/4" , score at 5 1/2"
- Add a piece of Whisper White inside 4" x 5 1/4"
- Add a layer of Bubbles & Fizz DSP 4" x 5 1/4"
- Add basic black cardstock 3 3/4" x 4"
- Cut a Whisper White layer 3 1/2" x 4"
- Stamp all 3 Panda's in Archival Black Ink
- I used Stampin' Blends to color in the balloon, party hat, heart (on the Panda's envelope) and to shade underneath them .
- Finish it off with a Bermuda Bay banner 1/2" x 2"-- stamp "Happy birthday" in Archival Black ink
