Beautiful Butterfly

I was lucky enough to win this stamp set at prize patrol when I attended OnStage in Salt Lake City, Utah in November. It is an amazing set!  It's very verstaile.  Many samples I have found are using this embossing and coloring sort of style.

Occasions Catalog #145915 for clear $21.00

• Start with a Melon Mambo base 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" , score at 4 1/4"
• Add a layer of Very Vanilla inside 5 1/4" x 4"
• Cut a piece of Blushing Bride cardstock 3 3/4" x 5 1/4" and then cut it from corner to corner.
• Cut a piece of Smoky Slate 5" x 3 3/4"
• Cut a piece of watercolor paper 4 3/4" x 3 1/2"
• Stamp the butterfly in Versamark ink and cover in clear embossing powder and heat
• Take your aquapainter and Melon Mambo ink with Powder Pink ink and wash over the heated butterfly. 
• Stamp "happy birthday" in Smoky Slate on watercolor wonder and trim into rectangles.  Attach them using dimensionals.
• Finish it off with a couple of pearls for the butterfly's body.
