I have wanted to do something like this with this pig since I saw it! So excited! Today is my youngest son's birthday. He turns 9 and I just can't take it! He is growing up so fast! His favorite color is green and we are really enjoying funny little things like this lately, so I made this just for him.

This Little Piggy
Emerald Envy
- 8 1/2" x 4 1/4", score at 5 1/2" AND 2 3/4"
- 3" x 3" square- run through Big Shot with the largest square in Layering Squares
Whisper White
- 4" x 5 1/4"
- 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" square- run through the Big Shot with the largest stitched square in Stitched Shapes
Pick a Pattern DSP
- 4" x 2 1/2"
Stamp Sets Needed: This Little Piggy, Tabs for Everything, Better Together
- Stamp the Pig on the stitched square using Momento Black ink
- Color in the pig using Pink Pirouette, Emerald Envy & Chocolate Chip and a blender pen or aquapainter
- Stamp the Birthday hat from Better Together in Momento Black ink
- Color in the hat using Emerald Envy ink and a blender pen or aquapainter
- Cut out the hat and set aside
- Stamp "Says" from "says thank you" in This Little Piggy, use washi tape to cover the "thanks" when you ink it up, remove the washi tape and stamp only "Says" in Momento Black ink on the lower right side of the base layer
- Add "happy" and "Birthday" from Tabs for Everything in Emerald Envy ink
- Fold your base... you're making an accordion type of fold
- Attach your DSP to the front upper layer
- Attach the Whisper White layer (for writing your message) to the main Emerald Envy base
- Attach the stitched square to the Emerald Envy Square
- Attach this square to the DSP layer... MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PUT ADHESIVE ON THE UPPER HALF OF THE SQUARE OR YOU WILL GLUE YOUR CARD SHUT!
- Attach the party hat using a dimensional
- Finish it off with an In-color enamel shape
