Fun with Scissors

I don't know about you but I was never allowed to have fun with scissors or run with scissors.  In fact, I recall stories of cutting my own hair.  I think every kid does that.  I had my hair in a ponytail, pulled it around the front and cut it off.

Prep
Bermuda Bay:
     8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4
Basic Black:
     5 1/2" x 2 3/4"
     2 1/8" circle-- cut using Layering Circles
Whisper White:
     5 1/4" x 4"
     5 1/2" x 2 1/2"
     1 7/8" Stitched circle -- cut using Stitched Shapes

Stamp
Stamp your phrase in Momento Black ink on your stitched circle and set aside.
Stamp scissors in Momento Black ink in opposite directions across your white piece (approx. 5 will fit).
Color in your scissors with a Bermuda Bay marker and Smoky Slate marker

Assemble
Start with your scissor stamped piece and attach it to your basic black strip.
Attach this to your card base (notice your card is going horizontal today)
Attach your circles to each other.
Attach the circles to your card using dimensionals.
Finish it off by making a knot in a ~5" strip of Bermuda Bay 3/8" Mini Chevron Ribbon
Attach this ribbon with a glue dot.
Add the Whisper White cardstock inside the Bermuda Bay base.
