My son received this card from my parents for his birthday. My mom made it of course :)

Featured Stamp Set: Balloon Adventure
The card base is Pacific Point 4 1/4 x 1, scored at 5 1/2
The next layer is Basic Black with Party Animal DSP
On top of this is another layer/strip of basic black and DSP.
Punch out 2 balloons: 1 Emerald Envy and 1 Crushed Curry
Stamp a third balloon in Pacific Point ink and punch it out.
Attach Thick Black Bakers Twine to each balloon.
Attach all three balloons to the card base with dimensionals.
Stamp your sentiment in Pacific Point ink and add confetti in Momento ink on Whisper White.
Add this layer to a Basic Black layer and attach it to your card using dimensionals.
