Today's card is another Pop of Pink! I don't normally like gold, but I really like the accents on this card. I found a similar card on Pinterest, but I did not write down who made it. My apologies. I hope you enjoy this one. Always feel free to copy or change projects that you find on my page!
Featured Stamp Set: Balloon Adventure
Card Base: Melon Mambo
Layers: Basic Black, Pop of Pink DSP
Scraps for items: Basic Black, Melon Mambo, Gold Foil, Whisper White
Ink Colors: Melon Mambo, Momento Basic Black
Other: Balloon Bouquet Punch, Thick Black Baker's Twine
Start by punching out three balloons. Attach the Thick Black Bakers twine to each balloon using a dimensional. Add another dimensional for sticking it to your card.
Next, stamp the banner in Momento ink and add "party on" in Melon Mambo. This I had to fussy cut (that means cut it out by hand). Attach a few dimensionals to the banner.
Now start assembling your card from the base up. Fold your base, add the Basic Black, next the three DSP layered over each other. Use the white/gold one to cover the seams of the other two. Now attach your balloons, tie the string together and finish it off with your banner. Don't forget to go back with your chalk marker and add the little accents to the balloons.
This was a fun and surprising fast/easy card to make! Go for it! Have fun and play!
