Featured Stamp Set: Carousel Birthday
Card Base: Bermuda Bay
Layers: Whisper White, Vellum, Soft Sky
Ink Colors: Bermuda Bay
Other: Pearl Accents
On the Whisper White layer stamp your carousel and phrase.
Now build from the bottom up... card base, layer 1, the stamped layer and then the vellum.
After you assemble your layers, dress it up with some pearl accents.
