Birthday Invites

My oldest son turns 10 in a few weeks (12 days to be exact, lol) and we needed an invitation for a few friends to join us for a movie & cake.  I wanted something simple, but "cool" and boyish.  I hope this fits the bill.  I feel like it does.  Party info is inside along with a stamped "Let's celebrate" (not pictured).

Featured Stamp Set: Balloon Adventures

Card base is Tangerine Tango
Layers: Party Animal DSP, Pacific Point, Whisper White

On the main layer stamp your balloons on the layer with Crushed Curry, Pacific Point, Emerald Envy and Tangerine Tango inks.  Stamp off all colors except the Crushed Curry.
Add the sentiment in Black Archival ink and color in the bubble letters using Pacific Point and Crushed Curry using ink and a blender pen.

On scrap paper stamp a striped Tangerine Tango and a polka dot Pacific Point.  Next, Punch them out using the Balloon Bouquet Punch.  Attach the balloons with dimensionals.

When you assemble the card use dimensionals on both the Pacific Point layer and the main stamped layer.

Same card, just different color combination.
This one uses Crushed Curry as the card base and a different Party Animal DSP pattern and I've taken out an extra colored cardstock layer and I didn't color in the bubble letters on this one.
