Project 5: Urban Underground

I realize today is St. Patrick's Day, but I am still enjoying all of my fun things from retreat and making new cards related to these, so I did not make a glorious green card of any kind.  You'll have to enjoy this instead...

Today's post is Project 5 from our Stampin' Sister's Retreat.  This was my favorite suite in the Occasions catalog this year!  There is just something about it that makes me excited to stamp and ready to create for some dudes!

Featured Suite: Urban Underground Suite

Here is the set of cards we created!

My favorite part of this card was the metal ruler!  We used the silver foil paper of course and ran it through the big shot using the Build It Framelits!

This was another fun one.  I love the "nailed it" background on this one- means you could use this card for anything.  I also enjoyed stamping and cutting out 2 sets to combine and create a two toned look to the tools-- this gave them handles in a different color.

I love the "circles" all over this one with a "zebra" kind of background!  Lots of layers and fun little embellishments!

This of course is my favorite in the bunch though.  I LOVE Melon Mambo (aka pink!)  So this was really fun.  I love the Gorgeous Grunch background, cutting out the tools and banner.  But mostly I love all the pink!  And notice we added a few 3D screws on there!  Again, loving the embellishments!
