Today is the final project from Set #6 of the Stampin' Sister's Retreat 2017. One last gift card holder. This one is pretty neat. The base of this one is an envelope. It hurt a little to fold and cut an envelope, but it turned out so cute that I didn't care when I finished!
Featured Stamp Set: Balloon Adventures Stamp Set
Quick and easy... add a piece of Basic Black cardstock with a layer of Urban Underground Specialty DSP. I love the silver hexagons!
Add a circle of Island Indigo cardstock cut using Stitched Shapes.
Next, cut a Whisper White piece using Layering Circles and stamp your phrase in Archival Black ink.
Attach to your card front using dimensionals.
To hold this shut we attached Black Bakers Twine and tied it into a bow.
For the inside:
On the left, seal the envelope flap on this side.
Add a layer of Basic Black cardstock and Urban Underground DSP.
Stamp your sentiment in Island Indigo ink and fussy cut a banner.
Attach it to your card.
Stamp and punch out a ballon. (Island Indigo Cardstock and Ink).
Attach a black baker's twine as the balloon string.
Attach to your card using dimensionals.
On the right, attach a piece of Urban Underground DSP to the envelope flap and trim to match.
Stamp another balloon on Island Indigo papery with Island Indigo ink and punch out.
Attach a piece of Black baker's twine for the string.
Stamp your confetti and sentiment in Island Indigo ink and layer on this side with Island Indigo and Basic Black cardstock layers.
Add a gift card and gift it to someone special!
