Blushing Thanks

I was working on some card ideas for a "Winter Warmup" event today and this was one of my ideas.  I didn't send up using this one (and I even smudged it a bit but decided to leave it so you can all see that even demonstrators don't have perfect stamping!).

Featured Stamp Sets: So Very Much  and Avant Garden

The card base is Blushing Bride 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 4 1/4.
The main layer is Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4.
Stamp "Thank you" first in Sahara Sand ink... then add "so very much".
Next, stamp the stems and leaves in Pear Pizazz ink.  Stamp off before you stamp on the cardstock- this helps dull the color down a bit so it's not quite as bold.
(Stamping off means that you ink up your stamp and stamp on scratch paper before you stamp on your project.)
Stamp the flowers in Blushing Bride ink.  Same as the leaves/stems... stamp off first.
Add the centers of the flowers-- I did them in Pear Pizazz, but if I made this card again, I would stamp this part in Sahara sand ink as well.
Finish it off by adding a piece of the silver Metallic Ribbon from the Sale-a-Bration catalog.

**You don't have to stamp off.  If you like a bolder, darker image, feel free to stamp directly.
