2 days ago I gave a teaser of my swap card. The girls will see it during our meeting today anyway, so I'm going to go ahead a share now, because I just can't wait any longer!
Featured Stamp Set: Nailed it
Featured Framelits: Build It
This is the one I made 20 of to SWAP.
To make this card I used Very Vanilla cardstock with Basic Black and Urban Underground DSP.
My base is 4 1/4 X 5 1/2.
Basic Black is 5 1/4 x 2 1/4
DSP is 5 1/4 X 2
Overlap your black and DSP slightly and cover your seam with Urban Underground Washi Tape.
Cut 2 hammers using the framelits... 1 hammer head in Silver Foil and 1 full hammer in Basic Black.
Adhere them together using fast fuse or glue dots.
Attach your hammer to the card.
Stamp the hexagon image and cut out with the framelits.
Attach it to your card using dimensionals.
I ran out of DSP. You can only get so many cards out of one sheet... so I had to improvise on one or two. This was my other design choice. I wanted to stick with the Delightful Dijon theme for the bottom half.
