Always in need of birthday cards.  This one is actually much quicker and easier than it looks!

Featured Stamp Set: Balloon Adventures

Featured Accessory: Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits Dies

Base: Pacific Point 5 1/2 X 8, score at 4 1/4

Add a piece of Party Animal DSP to the inside edge.  5 1/2 X 1 strip.

Using the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits Dies, cut out a balloon window from Whisper white cardstock.  

Stamp balloons in Emerald Envy, Pacific Point and Crushed Curry ink.

Stamp the banner in Crushed Curry ink and add "Happy Birthday" in Pacific Point ink.

Attach this piece to your card front.
