Here is the 3rd card from my challenge.  Let's take a closer look.

Featured Stamp Set: Cookie Cutter Halloween

The card base is Pumpkin Pie with layers of Halloween Nights DSP, basic black cardstock, whisper white cardstock and pumpkin pie cardstock. 

I stamp the skeleton on whisper white cardstock and punched it out.  I colored around the skeleton with a smoky slate marker and punched out with the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch. 

Then I stamped the Halloween bag and 2 bats and cut them out with scissors. 

After you attach your squares and circles and attach them to your background, attach all of your cut or punched pieces using dimensionals.
