Framed Halloween

This was one of the swaps from my recent girls weekend.  This frame was created by my mom (and upline) Peggy Murwin, who was inspired by Becky Roberts.  It was perfect timing!  I am so ready to hang this up on a wall and start my Halloween decor!

Featured Stamp Set: Jar of Haunts & Ghoulish Grunge

Her color palette was Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Basic Black.

The base was Basic Black with a layer of Pumpkin Pie.  She then cut 5 different sized squares/rectangels of Basic Black and a layer of Whisper White for on top.

In the top left corner, we stamped a spider web and spiders in Momento Black ink.  Under that we stamped the Old Olive grunge background and Momento ink for the creepy eyes.  We stamped a pumpkin on Pumpkin Pie cardstock, cut it out and used dimensionals to attach it to the whisper white piece which has the stem stamped on it in Momento and colored in with markers.

On the right side, we've got one square stamped with Pumpkin Pie grunge and a Momento ink greeting.  Then my favorite piece, the jar.  We stamp the jar, candy corn and spiders in Momento ink, attach a ribbon and the jar top.  Finish it off with "Trick or Treat" and some enamel dots.

She did a lovely job with this shoebox swap :)
