This was another card designed by Roseanne for the Summer Pool Party Event. This one is kind of intense direction wise so I'm giving more of a step by stamp direction today.
Featured stamp set: Jar of Love
The card base is Whisper White with layers of Blushing Bride and Whisper White.
Stamp your jar in Stazon ink on a piece of Window Sheet. Use the coordinating die, Everyday Jars Framelits Dies, to cut out the jar. Will dry almost instantly.
Using the window sheet jar as a guide, use an aqua-painter and Dapper Denim/Emerald Envy inks to create your water for the jar/vase.
Stamp "Thanks" in Stazon ink on the water colored area.
Now add your stems for the flowers using Emerald Envy ink. Carefully place these (again, use the jar as your guide... Mark with a pencil if you'd like). You want them to line up just right so that they are coming out of the jar.
Now add your flowers in Sweet Sugarplum ink using the two step stamping technique. Step 1, ink and stamp off before you stamp. Step 2, ink and stamp. This gives tone and definition to your images with layers.
She finished it off with a couple of cute enamel shapes. I just love these! They remind me of the days when I didn't have pierced ears and I wore sticker earnings ;). I always found them in my hair at some point in the day. Maybe they could be hair jewelry too! Enjoy!
