His and Hers

I am not a rider, but my husband is for just over a year now.  I ride with him occasionally but am still becoming comfortable with that.  I won't be driving my own motorcycle for quite some time.

Stampin' Up added a new stamp set this year.  It was designed by demonstrator Dawn Griffith and it is right up her alley.  She loves to ride!  Her husband loves to ride!  She was super stoked to be a part of making the new stamp set One Wild Ride.  As soon as I saw it, I fell in love!  So much potential here!

Check out my His and Hers Motorocycle cards below, inspired by Peggy Noe.

HIS Card:

The card base is Bermuda Bay with layers of Basic Black, Whisper white and Silver Foil.

It was very quick and easy.  Stamp the banner in Momento black ink and set aside.  Stamp the motorcycle in Momento black ink and attach to basic black cardstock, then Bermuda Bay cardstock.  Add your strip of Silver Foil  and attach to the larger background.  Now add your motorcycle layers using dimensionals.  The final piece of this card is to cut out (or fussy cut) your banner using the Bunch of Banners Framelits.  Attach the banner using dimensionals and you are all set!

HER Card:

It's the exact same directions EXCEPT you are using Blushing Bride cardstock with Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper.
