You know I love the Pop of Pink Suite from the Annual Catalog. This is a sample using Pop of Pink with Flirty Flamingo rather than Melon Mambo. This card uses the Confetti Celebration stamp set and the Pop of Pink designer series paper.
The card base is Flirty Flamingo with layers of Black, White, Black and a strip of the Pop of Pink designer paper.
Next I added layers of White, Black, Flirty Flamingo and White. All of these pieces were cut out using the Layering Squares framelits.
I stamped "Time to Party" and the lights with Black Stazon and colored the lights with the Flirty Flamingo marker. I used the Balloon Bouquet Punch to punch out two Black and one Flirty Flamingo balloons, attached White Baker's Twine to the back of each balloon before attaching the balloons to the card. This added a little dimension and little balloon strings.
A cute and flirty card!
