Banner Surprise: An extra Step

I wanted to give my girls some ideas for their Paper Pumpkin after leaving my place. Here are some of the other ideas we came up with and tried during class.

This card used one of the bases from the kit itself.  We added a 2 1/2 inch strip of Mint Macaron cardstock and stamped on it using the Banner Surprise Stamp set and the Mint Macaron and Tip Top Taupe ink.  We finished it off with a few sequins and a bow with the white bakers twine.

For this card we used a vertical base of Tip Top Taupe Cardstock, a 4 1/4 X 4 1/2 whisper white square of cardstock and a piece of Tip Top Taupe run through the Big Shot using the Fluttering Embossing Folder. I added a few strips of Washi tape from the kit, stamped on a 1 3/4 circle from the kit again using the kit stamp set and finished off with sequins and a bakers twine bow.

I actually really love this one.  So quick and so simple.  This is a Whisper White card base.  I added one strip of Washi tape and 2 punched circles.  The top circle is a 2 inch circle of whisper white stamped with Tip Top Taupe and Peekaboo Peach ink.  The circle underneath is on Peekaboo Peach cardstock, stamped with Tip Top Taupe ink.

The card base on this one is Tip Top Taupe.  I stamped the two circles from the Banner Surprise stamp set using Tip Top Taupe and Black Momento Ink.  To finish off the background, I added dots of Mint Macaron.  I added a 1/2 strip of Mint Macaron then a piece of Washi tape. The top layer has a 2 inch Peekaboo Peach circle and on top a 2 inch whisper white circle.  On the top circle I stamped Happy Birthday in Momento ink, the dots in Mint Macaron, and the outer circle in Tip Top Taupe.
