For the next month I will try to post cards using the items that are retiring. This one is going away just as I was falling in love, but I have found in the past that when Stampin' Up does that, I very quickly find new stamps that I love that are just as great (and sometimes even better!). This is another swap card with no name, so I can't give credit to it's cuteness.
Apple of MY Eye-- say bye bye (or don't and purchase yours today by clicking HERE!)
The card base is the standard 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 and is Daffodil Delight. The next layer is Tangelo Twist (we are also saying goodbye) and is sized at 4 X 5 1/4. The top whisper white layer is 3 3/4 X 5 and is first stamped with Crumb Cake using the Gorgeous Grunge splatter stamp. The sentiment is from Apple of my Eye and is stamped in Tangelo Twist. The fruit is stamped from Apple of my Eye on scrap whisper white cardstock and then punched out. I love that by altering her colors she made this stack look like multiple fruits. A great idea! To finish off this card she added some gold cording.
Can you say "Quick and Easy"?! Because this card totally is!
