This is a card I received in the mail from my second upline, Tina Rappe. Isn't it beautiful. I love the color combination!
The card base is Whisper White with Pool party. She stamped the flowers and background images in Pool Party ink using the stamp set Helping me Grow. The lower half of the card uses Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper and is finished off with Blushing Bride Ribbon. She stamped the border in blushing bride, thank you in Pool party and cut it out using the Rose Garden Thinlits.
