Razzleberry Birthday

This is a card I received during a swap for Sale-a-brat ion.  This one turned out quite nice and has a cool element that you might not think to do...

The card base is Rich Razzleberry with a layer of Whiper White.  On the top layer we've got a piece of Pear Pizzazz run through the Honeycomb Embossing Folder.  Under this layer is a piece of the Sale-a-bration Botanical Gardens Designer Vellum Stack... which is where our "cool element" is coming from.  We've cut a banner out of this piece and used a sponge dauber or sponge and applied Rich Razzleberry ink to this piece with a little bit of a fade on the end.  It really helps pull the design out of the paper.

On the top to finish it off, we've got Happy Birthday in Rich Razzleberry directly on the card.  For the "show piece" we've cut 2 ovals; one Old Olive and one Whisper White.  On the Whisper White Oval we've stamped flowers in Stazon ink from Sale-a-bration set Flowering Fields, then we color in the flowers and stems using Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive markers.
