Paper Pumpkin Re-Gifting

People regift all the time.  Sometimes we see regifting as lazy or strange... just trying to get rid of a gift you didn't really like?  ran out of time?  what's your excuse?  I know I've done it once or twice.

Well, this regift is the exception to the rule!  HOw cute is this box?!  It's an empty paper pumpkin box!  I always keep my boxes after making my paper pumpkins.  I just feel like it's such a cute box and it hasn't quite fulfilled it's potential.  As I sat looking at my stack, I decided it was time to try and use them up.  I have a craft show coming up and holiday things at school, so I will be needing gifts and wrappings and such.  I remembered using this box to create a spring themed gift for my office secretaries for secretary's day a few years ago.  They were headed to the spa on their special day so I loaded them up for their trip over with a few treats in one of these boxes all decorated up.  They loved it!  So here it is.

Now if you are a crafter with lots of supplies, you know that you have old papers to use up.  That is exactly what this project is designer for.

The top and bottom are 9 1/4 X 6 1/4
The sides are 6 1/4 X 1 1/2 and 9 1/4 x 1 1/2

I simply put "gobs" of adhesive on and stuck them on.  Then decorated it with some ribbon and a tag using a current stamp set and Voila!  Instant gift

Here's a side view so you can get the full effect.  Much fun!  Use up those jold papers and paper pumpkin boxes!  If you're not yet a paper pumpkin member check it out here...
