I needed a blog post for today but didnt want a card and was out of cute little things to post, so I quick whipped these bad boys out :)
I started with scraps of Merry Moments designer series paper stack 2 X 6, planned to make tags. Well once I used the tag topper punch I noticed it was much too long for a tag and it would certainly need to be cut down, but I didn't want to cut my scrap. I decided to score it at 2 1/2 and 3 and then fold and add bakers twine to hold it closed. Then I realized I had this super cute mini tic tac container I could fit in... it was perfect! But of course it was too plain so I had to embellish it.
I used stamp set: A little something
Ink: Cherry Cobbler & Mossy Meadow
On the left I added a strip with trees punched out using the Square Pillow Box Die pieces. I used the same die set to make the little square for the saying.
On the right I added two strips: one white, one mossy meadow and the trees that were "leftover" from the one on the left. Same die for the square for the saying.
You might say this project was "Mint" to be :) LOL
