This was a card I created at an upline meeting. Love it!!
Yesterday I posted a card in whisper white and night of navy using an upcoming holiday stamp set. Today's card uses the same stamp set and the same "kissing" technique, but has a completely different look! Again, swap out the colors, maybe add strings and make the circles a group of balloons instead and you've got yourself a birthday card!!
This one uses Cherry Cobbler, Mossy Meadow and Smokey Slate ink.

The banners were created using the banner punch and new DSP plus some glimmer paper! (DSP- designer series paper)
